1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on puls777. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When registering your puls777 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all registration fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your puls777 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to:

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use puls777 solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any puls777 content without prior written authorization from puls777.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, puls777 shall not be liable for:

12 Responsible Gaming

Any dispute not resolved through the above process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
